Full-time Returning Students

The application deadline for the 2015-16 Scholarship Application for full-time current and returning students to the Webster Groves campus is May 1, 2015.

There are many donor-funded scholarships available for currently enrolled undergraduate students at the Webster Groves campus who will be returning as full-time students for the 2015-16 academic year.

To be considered for a donor-funded scholarship:
• Applicants must have a FAFSA on file in Webster's financial aid office for the 2014-15 academic year. Students who did not submit a FAFSA to Webster for the 2014-15 academic year will not be considered for a donor-funded award.
• Applicants must have completed a minimum of 30 hours at Webster by the end of the Spring 2015 semester, with a cumulative Webster grade-point average of 3.0 or above.

The scholarship committee selects recipients based on the information provided on this application, as well as enrollment history and demonstrated financial need. Demonstrated financial need is determined by information provided on your FAFSA.

The Boeing Company Scholarship for Women & Minorities in the School of Business & Technology

The Boeing Company established The Boeing Company Scholarship to support minorities and women in the School of Business & Technology. Females and minority males in their sophomore or junior year of undergraduate studies within the School of Business & Technology are eligible to apply. Applicants must be U.S. citizens with a cumulative grade point average of 3.3 or higher with demonstrated leadership skills.

The African American Alumni Chapter Scholarship

The AAAC Scholarship was established by the African American Alumni Chapter & The Office of Multicultural Affairs to provide educational assistance to deserving and qualified undergraduate African American students at Webster University.

The Webster University Student Government Association Scholarship

The SGA Scholarship Fund was established by the Webster University Student Government Association to recognize student leaders and promote academic excellence.  Applicants must have a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or above.  Current elected officers or senators of the Student Government Association are not eligible to apply.

Part-time Scholarships for New and Returning Students

The scholarships listed below are for new and currently enrolled Webster University students at a St. Louis-area campus (St. Louis Home Campus, Old Post Office, Westport or WingHaven) who will be enrolled as part-time students (6-12 hours each semester) for the 2015-16 academic year. To be eligible, students must have a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or above. Students who do not have a FAFSA on file in Webster's financial aid office for the 2015-16 academic year by May 15, 2015, will not be considered.

Alice Gerdine Scholarship

One $1,000 scholarship awarded annually (nonrenewable)

Awarded to a part-time degree-seeking undergraduate junior or senior with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above. This scholarship is funded by the Webster University Alumni Association in honor of Alice Gerdine, wife of former president, Leigh Gerdine.

Leigh Gerdine Scholarship

One $1,000 scholarship awarded annually (nonrenewable)

Awarded to a part-time degree-seeking undergraduate junior or senior with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above. This scholarship is funded by the Webster University Alumni Association in honor of former president, Leigh Gerdine.

Joseph P. Kelly Scholarship

One $1,000 scholarship awarded annually (nonrenewable)

Awarded to a part-time degree-seeking undergraduate junior or senior with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above. This scholarship is funded by the Webster University Alumni Association in honor of former provost, Joseph P. Kelly.

Sisters of Loretto Founders Scholarship

The value and number of awards (nonrenewable) varies and is contingent upon the availability of funds and the number of applications received.

Awarded to undergraduate degree-seeking women 25 years or older. Applicants must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.2, with priority consideration given to those who have attained junior or senior status. All applicants must have a FAFSA on file in Webster’s financial aid office by May 15, 2015 for the 2015-16 academic year.
