Legally Blonde
Creative Dramatics
Dr. Gad Guterman's Creative Dramatics class wrote and performed original plays about friendship for 4- and 5-year-olds at the YWCA’s Head Start Program. Creative Dramatics class is a mix of students from different majors and is open to the university at large.
Jerry Mitchell On Campus
Alum Jerry Mitchell joined the cast of Legally Blonde on opening night. Pictured here with junior Erica Stephan, who plays Brooke, Jerry surprised the cast after the final dress. He told them that he was there as their "biggest fan". Jerry staged the original Broadway production of Legally Blonde and was just honored with the "Mr. Abbott" Award for Lifetime Achievement in the American Theatre. The award is conferred by the Society of Stage Directors and Choreographer's Foundation.
