Peter is the dean of the Leigh Gerdine College of Fine Arts at Webster University and heads the Lighting Design and Stage Management Programs. He celebrates his 39th season with the Repertory Theatre of St. Louis. Highlights with the Rep as lighting designer include A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum, The Mystery of Edwin Drood, Edward Albee's The Goat, or Who is Sylvia?, Anything Goes, The Most Happy Fella, She Loves Me, Sweeeney Todd, A Little Night Music and Mister Roberts. Peter is a member of the College of Fellows of American Theatre and a member of the National Theatre Conference. He is also a member of the Educational Theatre Association's Hall of Fame, the Musical Theatre/Theatre Panel for the National Endowment for the Arts and is a recent recipient of a Special Citation for Education from the United States Institute for Theatre Technology. He is a member of the Network Program Policy Committee for Young Audiences and is a vice president of the Saint Louis Chapter of YA. He is on the Board of Directors for National Young Audiences.
