Student Vehicle Registration Form

Kindly bring originals and copies of the following documents to the Webster University office in Bldg 632 to apply for your  Student Vehicle Pass:

Required Documents:

• A copy of your current driver’s license
  

• A copy of your current liability insurance card

• A copy of your current vehicle registration form

•  A COMPLETED copy of the "Student Registration Form"
  
  (This form must be downloaded and filled in by hand - DO NOT TYPE...Leave the beginning and ending date open)

Passes are issued on a “Term-By-Term” Basis ONLY!
