    Class Enrollment Procedures for Students Using GoArmyEd Tuition Assistance

    All students must contact the office staff first to enroll in Webster University courses at Fort Leavenworth.  Online registration is not an option at this extended site.

    1. All students must complete a registration form to enroll in Webster University classes. Registration forms are available at the office.
    2. If you are using Army tuition assistance (TA) acquired through the GoArmyEd portal, you must bring your GoArmyEd user ID and password with you when you register for Webster University classes.

      YOU MUST REGISTER WITH THE OFFICE BEFORE REQUESTING TA.
    3. The office staff will enroll you in Webster University's CARS (College Administrative Records System) using your completed registration form.
    4. You will be required to enroll in classes and request tuition assistance in the GoArmyEd portal at www.goarmyed.com immediately after your CARS registration using the computer lab next door.
    5. You must print your class confirmation/schedule page and submit it to the office personnel as proof of your tuition assistance request.
    6. You may pay the balance of your tuition at the time of registration. Personal checks and money orders, payable to Webster University, are accepted as payment. If you do not pay your balance at the time of registration, you may remit payment directly to the business office or pay online with your VISA, Mastercard, or Discover.
    7. Make sure you allow yourself ample time to complete all registration requirements in one visit. If you do not submit your GoArmyEd class confirmation/schedule to our office, you will be  dropped from your class until your confirmation/schedule page is submitted.

    If you enroll in classes and request tuition assistance in the GoArmyEd portal prior to registering for classes in our office, your request and enrollment will be automatically rejected by Webster University and you will be required to start the process anew.

    Your cooperation with these procedures will help us track the number of seats available in a class, ensuring that you get the required class on your preferred day. It will ensure soldiers request TA prior to the ADD/DROP date and are not held personally responsible for the cost of tuition. Students who are on a "hold" status will not be guaranteed any class enrollment.
