Sara Boyd

Sara BoydSara Boyd is a writer/editor for the Strategic and Internal Communications team within the Global Marketing and Communications unit of Webster University. She writes and co-edits Webster Today, the University's public blog and daily internal communications vehicle, and various marketing materials. In addition, she develops graphic presentations for the Office of the President and contributes to the University's social media presence.

She has extensive experience in corporate marketing, communications and brand management across diverse industries including incentives, financial services, healthcare and technology.

Boyd holds a bachelor's degree in Speech Communications from Southern Illinois University Carbondale and is pursuing a master's degree in Communication Management at Webster University. Prior to her communications career, she served as a packaged petroleum supply specialist in the U.S. Army (Coleman Army Airfield, Germany) and the Army Reserves.
