Financial Aid (Stafford Loan)

Financial assistance in the form of Stafford Loans is available to Webster University graduate students.  The amount of financial aid available may vary for each student and is determined by the Financial Aid Office at Webster's main campus in St. Louis.  Application forms are available in the Greenville office or by visiting the Webster Financial Aid application site (you need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader on your computer). The Greenville Campus financial aid representative may also be able to help you find other sources of financial assistance. For more information, contact the Greenville Campus at 864-676-9002 or via email at greenville@webster.edu.

Self-Pay Option

For a student who is personally paying for all of their tuition, we accept MasterCard, Visa, and Discover credit cards. You may pay your tuition at the Greenville campus either by mail, in person, or by phone at 864-676-9002 or you may call the Business Office in St. Louis and pay by phone at 1-800-981-9803.

Deferred Payment Plan

A student who is personally paying for all or a portion of their tuition may use Webster University's deferred payment plan, interest free, administered by Advanced Education Services (AES) of Harrisburg, PA. Toll-free number is 1-800-932-8409 .  This allows the student to divide the tuition into payments.  A $25 service charge* per term is assessed for this service and is due with the first tuition payment.

*NOTE: This option is not available for registrations received after the first week of the term.

Veterans Administration Educational Benefits

Active duty military or veterans may be eligible for V.A. funding. To determine your eligibility for benefits, call the V.A.'s National Toll-Free Number: 1-800-827-1000 (TDD 1-800-829-4833), or contact your education center.

Employer Reimbursement

Many companies will reimburse an employee for a percentage of their tuition cost upon completion of the course with a grade of B or better.  Webster University will defer payment of the portion of the tuition covered by the employer until three weeks following the end of the term. The portion of tuition not covered by employer reimbursement is due at the time of registration.

Direct Billing

The various branches of the military, Federal civil service and some private companies authorize the University to bill them directly for all or a portion of a student's tuition each term. (It is the student's responsibility to pay any portion of the tuition not paid by their employer.) Those employers who participate in direct billing will normally issue a form or letter each term approving the student for that specific term and authorizing Webster University to bill them for tuition. It is the student's responsibility to obtain approval for specific classes and terms and to submit their authorization form to the Greenville Office each term.
