Help Desk Hours of Operation

All times are in Central (St. Louis) time.

Sunday, June 8th - Saturday, August 9th

  • Monday - Thursday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Saturday: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM
  • Sunday: 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Resume Regular Hours Sunday, August 10th

  • Monday - Thursday: 7:00 AM - 9:00 PM
  • Friday: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
  • Saturday & Sunday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Please note that the Help Desk is closed on all dates the University is closed.

Computer Lab Hours--Fall 2008

Begin Regular Summer Hours - Monday, August 25, 2008

Monday – Thursday 8:00 a.m. – Midnight
Friday 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.
Saturday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Sunday 12:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.

Webster Hall Hours:

Monday-Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.
Saturday: 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m
Sunday: 12:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.


Extended Hours for Fall Finals:

Saturday December 6 8:00 a.m. –   8:00 p.m.
Sunday December 7 12:00 p.m. – 12:00 midnight
Saturday December 13 8:00 a.m. –   8:00 p.m. 
Sunday December 14 12:00 p.m. – 12:00 midnight


Webster Hall Extended Hours:

Saturday December 6 8:00 a.m. –   7:00 p.m.
Sunday December 7 12:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.
Saturday December 13 8:00 a.m. –   7:00 p.m. 
Sunday December 14 12:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.

Exceptions:

Monday, September 1 Closed for Labor Day Holiday
 Thursday, November 27 & Friday, November 28     Closed for Thanksgiving Holiday


Lab closing times are final!!  Users will be asked to save their work and vacate the labs ten (10) minutes before posted closing times.

You may use the Lantern Lounge until the Sverdrup building closes at midnight.  Lantern Lounge is located at the end of the Sverdrup building near SV107.

The Library’s Cyber Café is open to current faculty, staff and students 24 hours.  You must have a valid activated Webster ID card.
