Welcome faculty, staff, and students to another academic year at Webster University! You'll find a wealth of information about technology-related topics by using the links to the left. There have been a couple of exciting changes this year:
- For ALL users: SPAM is now being filtered on your Webster email account. You have the ability to modify your spam filtering options and preferences. To learn how to do this, please visit the "Barracuda" link to the left.
- For Resident Students in the WVA Apartments and East & West Halls: We've introduced a new service this year called ResTech. To learn more about this, please visit the "ResTech" link to the left.
- For Resident Students in East & West Halls: A new technology called IPTV is available that will allow you to watch TV on your computer. For more information, please visit the "IPTV" link to the left.

We are looking for individuals with superior customer service skills, knowledge of computers, and who are responsible and conscientious to join the Webster University Help Desk team. New Webster University Students -> In order to setup your Connections account, you will need the Registration & Services Online password sent to you from the Registrar's office. If you do not have this, you will need to call us and request a temporary activation code.
New Webster University Faculty -> In order to setup your Connections account, you will need the Faculty & Advisor Information system password sent to you from the Registrar's Office. If you do not have this, you will need to call us and request a temporary activation code.
New Webster University Staff -> In order to setup your Connections account, you will need to call us and request a temporary activation code.
