What Is the Outlook/Connections Calendar Synchronization Tool?

The Sun ONE Synchronization Tool keeps your Connections and Microsoft Outlook calendars in sync. It allows you to add appointments to one calendar and have them added to the other calendar when the synchronization process is run. Although you can manually run the synchronization process, it is recommended that you set up a regularly scheduled task to automate the process.
