The most likely reason for this is that your options are not set correctly. You will want to make sure your options are set for the semester and program of the schedule and/or grades that you are trying to view. On the main screen after you logon, near the bottom of the right-hand side pane, you will see a box that says "Current Option Settings". Click on the "Set Options" button to change the program, session, and year to match your desired settings. For example, if you are a graduate student and you want to register for Summer 2006, you would make sure Graduate Program - Summer Session - 2006 are your options. However, if you want to view your grades for Spring, you need to make sure to go back and change your options to Graduate Program - Spring Session - 2006.I'm trying to register for classes and the system tells me I do not have clearance to register.
