What Is ResTech?

ResTech is a branch of Information Technology that assists in keeping residential students’ computers clean and running smoothly while they are on the Webster network. ResTech services are available only to students currently living in the dorms and apartments on campus.

• Drop Off Service

ResTech provides drop-off service for issues such as virus and spyware removal and basic computer cleanup.

• Consultation & Training

ResTech also provides one-on-one technology training and consultation for those that would like to learn more about certain software and hardware.
