Using IT Direct and/or Maintenance Direct for the First Time
- Go to http://triton.webster.edu/workorder/new.htm
- Click on the appropriate link to enter either a technology request or a maintenance/facilities request
- Enter your Email Address (we recommend using your Webster email address)
- Click "Submit"
- If you are a new user, you will get a message “we cannot find the indicated email address”
- Enter your Last Name (use proper capitalization and punctuation as this
is how your name will appear in the system)
- Click "Submit"
- To verify that you are a new user, it will show you a list and ask you
to choose if you are any of the displayed users
- Choose "My name is not listed" and click "Submit"
- You will be asked to fill in your name and contact information
- Click "Submit" once you have filled in all of the fields
- You will be taken to the work order submittal page

- Proceed with entering your work order.
