Gov. Mike Huckabee
Mike Huckabee is the former chairman of the National Governors Association (NGA) and former governor of Arkansas. Huckabee created the ARKids First Program, which provides health insurance to more than 10,000 of the state’s children. He led a successful ballot initiative to devote the Arkansas’s tobacco settlement money to state health programs and created the Healthy Arkansas initiative to encourage state citizens to stop smoking, exercise and eat healthier. Huckabee’s efforts to improve his own health received national attention. After being diagnosed with Type II diabetes, Huckabee lost 110 lbs. and began an effort to encourage Americans to pursue healthy lifestyles.

Paul Krugman
Paul Krugman is a New York Times Op-Ed columnist, a Princeton University professor of economics and international affairs and an acclaimed author or editor of 20 books and more than 200 papers. He has written widely on healthcare issues. He has been called “America’s most important columnist” by Washington Monthly, “columnist of the year” by Editor and Publisher and a “top international economist” by The Economist. In recognition of his significant contribution to economic knowledge and a founder of “new trade theory,” he received the John Bates Clark medal from the American Economic Association. Krugman is also a member of the President’s Council of Economic Advisors.

Charles B. Inlander
Charles B. Inlander is president of the People’s Medical Society, a founder of the Civil Justice Foundation and a health commentator on Public Radio International’s “Marketplace.” Inlander is a faculty lecturer at Yale University School of Medicine, an adjunct faculty member at the Chicago-Kent College of Law and a Fellow of the Institute for Science, Law and Technology at the Illinois Institute of Technology. He has served as a member of the Quality Assurance Committee of the prestigious Institute of Medicine and is a member of the Institute’s committee on Drug Safety and Medication Errors. He has co-authored many award winning books, selling almost 5 million copies worldwide.
