On Campus Interviewing
Employers are invited to come to campus
to interview students for openings in their organization.
The Career Services office asks that employers register
for on-campus interviews four weeks prior to the interview
date. This allows sufficient time for the student application
period, employer selections, and for students to sign up
for the interview. We use eRecruiting, our on-line job database
to coordinate on campus interviews.
• You will be provided a log-in and password for access
to eRecruiting. From eRecruiting you will be
able to view resumes, send invitations to interview and
monitor your interview schedule.
• Once the dates are confirmed and the job posting
is entered into eRecruiting, a confirmation
e-mail will be sent to apply with directions.
You may select 30, 45 or 60 minute interviews. Typically
students will have two to three weeks to submit their resume.
After the preselect deadline has passed you will have up
to a week to make your selections. Once you have invited
selected candidates, students will have three to five days
to sign up for their interview. Schedules are usually confirmed
two days prior to the interview date.

Interviews are held in the Career Services
office, 568 Garden Avenue.
• We have two interview rooms
available. Each interview room contains a phone and outlet.
Internet access is not available in the interview rooms.
However, recruiters are welcome to se the computers in the
Career Services lobby to check e-mail.
