Job Responsibilities:
This position is the front line representative of the Department of Housing and Residential Life so professional appearance and behavior is required. The customer service associate will assist with the overall day-to-day administration, marketing and customer service functions of the Department of Housing and Residential Life. General tasks include, but are not limited to, giving tours, general office work, publicity, and processing maintenance work orders. Strict adherence to confidentiality in all matters is critical.
Qualifications:
We are looking for individuals who possess strong work values, a positive attitude and demonstrate a high level of initiative. Previous experience in a customer service setting is required and a general knowledge of MS Office applications is preferred.

Information Technology, Help Desk Assistant

Job Responsibilities:
Duties include providing technical support to and answering questions from faculty, staff, and students; basic to intermediate troubleshooting on a wide variety of topics; documentation; detailed records keeping.
Qualifications:
We are looking for individuals to join the Webster University Help Desk team. Qualified applicants should display the following skills and attributes:
- Proven superior customer service background and skills are required.
- Experience with basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office, Windows operating system, and major Internet browsers are essential.
- Experience with Macintosh operating system, network and wireless connectivity troubleshooting, printer troubleshooting, and FTP software is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Ability to show initiative and excel in a fast paced environment where strong commitment and time-management skills are necessary is essential.
- Excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills are also essential for this position.
Student workers will be expected to work a minimum of 8 hours per week and a maximum of 16.

University Center Pool, Lifeguard

Job Responsibilities:
Guard for patron safety, customer service, minor cleaning.
Qualifications:
University Center student employees are required to maintain a 2.25 GPA. Student Supervisors and other senior staff members must maintain a 2.75 GPA.
Certifications in CPR, First Aid, and Lifeguarding preferred but will train someone with strong swimming skills. Minimum requirements: swim 500 yards continuously using front crawl and breaststroke. Swim 25 yds, retrieve a 10 lb. weight and swim 25 yds. carrying weight.
