News and Updates:
- Housing Renewal Process for Returning to On-Campus Housing in Fall 2013-Spring 2014: For current residents who went through the Housing Renewal Process, here is what is coming up next. If you are on the wait list, we will contact you if your preferred space opens up; you will then have the option to accept or deny that open space. If you change your mind about living on campus, you have until May 1st to cancel your contract in writing with no financial penalty. If you wait until after May 1st to cancel, there are cancellation charges, available to view online: http://www.webster.edu/housing/cancellation.html. If you are not eligible to cancel because of the 2-year live-on requirement, your request to cancel will not be approved. Please note that housing assignments are always subject to change until the date when you actually move into your space.
