Anna Dickherber, Interim Director, Housing and Residential Life - annadickherber58@webster.edu
Anna's primary responsibilities are to supervise both Community Directors and the Housing Coordinator, act as a University Conduct Officer, and to liaise with other Departments around campus in order to create a well-rounded residential experience. She is responsible for overseeing departmental operations including housing assignments, student staff selection processes, and the overall creation of positive living/learning environments for Webster University students. In addition, she advises the Campus Dining Advisory Board which provides feedback to Dining Services based on student experiences. Anna received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Central Missouri and her Master's degree in Higher Education and Student Affairs from Indiana University.

elissa marsh

Elissa Marsh, Assignment & Billing Coordinator, Housing & Residential Life - elissamarsh28@webster.edu
Elissa manages room assignments, student billing, meal plan and Gorlok Bucks contracts, Housing & Residential Life processes, supervision of Customer Service Associates, and assists with the day to day operations of the Housing & Residential Life Office. Additionally, Elissa oversees social media outlets for the Housing & Residential Life Office. Elissa received her Bachelor's in Criminology & Criminal Justice and her Master's degree in Higher Education from the University of Missouri- St. Louis. Currently, Elissa is working on her Master's of Business Administration at Webster University. 


Jay Davis, Community Director for Residence Halls - jesicarussell51@webster.edu
Jay manages the day-to-day operations of the West, Maria, and East Halls, which includes facilities and maintenance, staffing and personnel issues, student conduct, room changes, student success initiatives, and serving as a resource for all students. Jay supervise 15 Resident Assistants, 7 in West, 4 in Maria, and 4 in East Hall, and supervises the Assistant Community Director for Maria Hall. She is responsible for advising the Residential Housing Association (RHA). Jay is a Webster alum who graduated with a degree in Advertising/Marketing Communications with a LEADS certificate. She received her Master's of Science in Education in Higher Education Administration from the University of Kansas.

Keirsten Tully, Community Director for Apartments & Conferences - keirstenschad78@webster.edu
Keirsten manages the day-to-day operations of our on-campus and off-campus apartment communities, which includes facilities and maintenance, staffing and personnel issues, student conduct issues, room changes, student success initiatives, and serving as a resource for all students. Additionally, Keirsten supervises the Glen Park and Big Bend Apartments' Assistant Community Director staff members, oversees student employment. She is also responsible for coordinating all Desk Operations, as well as managing all aspects of Summer Camps and Conferences. Keirsten received her Bachelor's of Arts in Communication from Cornerstone University. Additionally, she received a Master's of Arts in Higher Education and Student Affairs from Western Michigan University.

Shaniquel Reece, Assistant Community Director - Glen Park Apartments  
Shaniquel coordinates operations for and assists with administrative tasks regarding Glen Park Apartments. Shaniquel is also assigned multiple administrative projects from the Housing and Residential Life Office, including working with student leadership. She is a junior Management (with an emphasis in Human Resources) major from St. Louis, MO. Previously, she worked as a Resident Assistant in Maria Hall. Shaniquel is involved with Webster's African-American Women's Society (AAWS), enjoys watching movies, and likes spending time with friends.

Miranda Green

Miranda Green, Assistant Community Director - Big Bend Apartments
Miranda is a Junior Business Management major in the Walker School of Business and Technology. She hopes to be in charge of a large company one day. Miranda previously worked as a Resident Assistant in the Webster Village Apartments. Miranda is on the track and field team here at Webster. She is also on the Dining Advisory Board and Residential Housing Association. Miranda enjoys napping, binge-watching Hulu/ Netflix, and scrolling through Pinterest. For the 2018-2019 school year, Miranda will oversee the Big Bend Apartments and facilitate community development. Miranda looks forward to being part of Leadership Staff and working with RAs and the Big Bend community.


Daniel Jackson

Daniel Jackson, Assistant Community Director - Maria Hall
Raised in the St. Louis area, Daniel is a senior Choral Music Education major in the Leigh Gerdine Department of Music. He has served as a Resident Assistant in the Webster Village Apartments during the 2017-2018 academic year and as a Customer Service Assistant in Housing & Residential Life Office during summer 2018. This academic year he will serve as Assistant Community Director for Maria Hall and WVA where he will work closely with Resident Assistants and the Community Directors in order to facilitate the development of meaningful residential communities that help students succeed both socially and academically. Daniel is also involved with Concert Choir (where he serves as a Choral Assistant), Chamber Singers, Opera scenes, SNATS, American Choral Directors Association, National Association for Music Education, Ultimate Frisbee, Chainlink Improv, and International Soccer Club.

Cody Roecker

Cody Roecker, Assistant Community Director - North Hall

Cody Roecker is a junior who is double-majoring in Theatre Studies & Dramaturgy and English with an emphasis in Creative Writing. He enjoys reading (and writing), Young Adult novels, and praising the latest, greatest book on twitter. His favorite books include: A Darker Shade of Magic by V. E. Schwab, When the Moon Was Ours by Anna-Marie McLemore, Simon Vs. The Homo Sapiens Agenda by Becky Albertalli, and More Happy Than Not by Adam Silvera. He really enjoys some really good baked mac and cheese. He also enjoys music, favorites including: You+Me, Judah & the Lion, and Lukas Graham, the latter two he saw at the Pageant, one of his favorite places in all of St. Louis. He loves the opportunities and diverse groups of students at Webster and advises students to focus on self-care above all else throughout college. After Webster, he plans to work in publishing (or maybe get his master’s in library science). Or maybe both!
