John Buck
John Buck, D. Mgt., Director, Housing and Residential Life - buckjh@webster.edu
John Buck serves as Associate Dean of Students and Director of Housing and Residential Life.  Buck holds a BA in sociology from Colorado State University, an MA in Management and Leadership from Webster University, and a Doctorate in Management from Webster University.  In addition to his roles with Housing and Residential Life, Buck also supervises Student Health Services, Counseling and Life Development, and coordinates WebsterLEADS, the university's leadership development program.  He is adjunct faculty at Webster and frequently consults for non-profit and private sector organizations.  His doctoral dissertation research focused on the decision-making processes of chief housing officers during crisis situations on college campuses.

Justin Frederick
Justin Frederick, Associate Director, Housing and Residential Life - jfrederick88@webster.edu
Justin's primary responsibilities are to supervise both Community Directors and the Housing Coordinator, act as a Student Conduct Officer, and work with other Departments around campus in creating a well-rounded residential experience.  He is responsible for coordinating all Student Staff Selection, and he co-supervises the Student Coordinator of Special Projects. He also supervises the Customer Service Associate Student Supervisor and the Customer Service Associates.  In addition, he advises the Campus Dining Advisory Board.  He holds a Bachelor's of Science in Social Work from Pittsburg State (KS) and a Master's Degree in College Student Personnel from the University of Central Missouri. 

Anna Dickherber, Community Director for Residence Halls -
Anna is the Community Director for East and West Halls. She manages the day-to-day operations of the West and East Hall, which includes facilities and maintenance, staffing and personnel issues, student conduct issues, room changes, student success initiatives, and serving as a resource for all students. She supervises 11 Resident Assistants, 7 in West and 4 in East Hall, and she co-supervises the Student Coordinator of Special Projects. She is responsible for advising the Residential Housing Association (RHA). Anna received her Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of Central Missouri. She received her Masters in Higher Education and Student Affairs from Indiana University.

Mike Webster, Community Director for Apartments & Conferences - twebster73@webster.edu
Mike is the Community Director for the Glen Park Apartments.  He manages the day-to-day operations of our on-campus and off-campus apartment communities, which includes facilities and maintenance, staffing and personnel issues, student conduct issues, room changes, student success initiatives, and serving as a resource for all students. He is also serves as a co-advisor of the Residential Housing Association (RHA) supporting Anna. He supervises the Student Coordinator of Building Operations, oversee student employment and social media efforts for Housing & Residential Life. He is responsible for coordinating all Desk Operations, as well as managing all aspects of Summer Camps and Conferences. Mike received his Bachelor's in Political Science and Public Administration from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. He received his Masters in Higher Education from the University of Kansas.

Elissa Marsh, Coordinator, Housing and Residential Life - elissamarsh28@webster.edu
Elissa handles room placement, billing, meal plan and bonus bucks contracts. She also co-supervises the Customer Service Associates. Not a Missouri native, Elissa is from Springfield, Illinois. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminology & Criminal Justice from the University of Missouri- St. Louis. Additionally, Elissa is in the final stages of completing her Master’s degree in Higher Education also from UMSL. In her free time, Elissa enjoys watching movies and working out. 

Cody Anderson, Student Coordinator of Building Operations
As Student Coordinator of Building Operations, Cody coordinates West, East, and Maria Hall front desk functions and  supervises the desk managers and desk attendants. He is a senior public relations major from Lebanon, MO. Previously he was a Resident Assistant and special assistant in the department, marking this three years with the housing and residential life. He just completely study abroad in Thailand! 

Walter Ritchey, Customer Service Associate Supervisor

As Student Supervisor of the Customer Service Associates, Walter takes responsibility for ensuring that the day-to-day tasks and operations among the CSAs within the housing offices are carried out correctly.Walter has served the Housing & Residential Life Office in a variety of roles, including Resident Assistant, Summer Assistant, and CSA.  He is a senior advertising & marketing communications major from Washington, MO.

Is a Student Supervisor of the Customer Service Associates.

Maria Hall Desk Manager
is a Desk Manager for Spring 2016.

West Hall Desk Manager
is a Desk Manager for Spring 2016. 

Hannah Fregoe, East Hall Desk Manager

Hannah is a Desk Manager for the school year of 2015-2016. Her responsibility in this position is to supervise the Desk Attendants to ensure the best possible experience for Webster students. She is a senior Economics and International Relations major from Warrenton, MO.  Besides Housing and Residential Life, she is involved in First Year Experience, WebsterLEADs, and Study Abroad. In her free time she loves to explore new restaurants and cafes in St Louis, as well as frequent her favorite places like the Mexican bakeries in Cherokee Street. One of the best things about Webster is the friendships one can make with students, staff, and faculty alike.
