Cancellation Charges

When you complete the housing application, you agree to the terms and conditions of the housing contract. If you choose to cancel your housing contract PRIOR to moving in to your assigned space, the following charges will apply. If you wish to cancel your housing contract AFTER you have moved in, you must fill out a Request for Termination Form. Please read the Request for Termination Form carefully for more information on charges and limitations associated with it.
