Summer Conference Manager

Responsibilities include: pre-conference communications, booking conferences, contracting conferences, billing, and acting as a liaison between University Center, Dining Services, Event Planning and conference guests.
Summer Conference Coordinator

Responsibilities include: managing the day-to-day operations during conference guest stay, roster placement, check-ins and check-outs, key management, and supervision of summer conference staff.
Summer Conference Student Assistants
Responsibilities include: assisting with room preparation / clean-up pre and post conferences, run check-in and check-outs, prepare welcome conference packets (key, welcome letter, etc), available for presentations regarding conference stays for guest, serve on-call responsibilities after business hours.
Public Safety
The Department of Public Safety provides 24 hour security for the campus, faculty and staff, students, and summer conference guests. For emergencies they can be contacted at any time at 314-246-6911.

Dining Services
If you are planning an event with food, you may have your event catered by Sodexo, the campus dining service http://www.websterdining.com/. With Sodexo, your organization’s account can be billed directly through the University. You must contact Dining Services directly for your dining options at 314-246-7775. You will speak with Cheri Hicks, the catering manager, who is also available via email at cherihicks33@webster.edu.
Marletto's Marketplace is the location for the summer conference dining service. It is an all-you-can-eat dining facility featuring seven different stations to offer the most variety on campus. This modern dining center provides a vibrant atmosphere and comprehensive menu to suit any appetite. Marletto's is located in Maria Hall.
Dining services will offer meal options at this locations for camps and conferences. The prices are: $8 for Breakfast, $8 for Lunch, and $8 for Dinner. To use this option, you must have a minimum of 30 guests. Rates are available for groups of less than 30 (please see Cheri Hicks for details).
