Mid-Year Move-In
We've provided some resources to help make your move-in day go as smoothly as possible. See the box to the right for helpful links. If you are moving in mid-year (anytime other than the start of the fall semester in August), you should be receiving an e-mail with your housing assignment and other important information. These emails go to your Webster email address, so make sure you are checking it on a regular basis.

If you have not received an email with your housing assignment, or if you have any questions about move-in, please contact the Office of Housing and Residential Life at housing@webster.edu or at 314-246-4663.

Fall 2009 Move-In
Housing Assignments for Fall 2009 will go out via email (to your Webster email address) around mid-July. Move-In Dates are as follows:

Wednesday, August 19, 2009: Move-In for Webster Village Apartments Residents
Thursday, August 20, 2009: Move-In for Freshman Residents in West and Maria
Friday, August 21, 2009: Move-In for Upperclassmen Residents of East and Maria

In extenuating circumstances, a student can request an early move-in by submitting a written request to housing@webster.edu. Requests will be evaluated, and if approved, notification about the early arrival policy will be sent to the student. There is an early arrival fee of $25 a day.
