Fall 2009 Move-In
Housing Assignments for Fall 2009 have gone out via email (to your Webster email address).  If you have not received your housing assignment, or if you have questions related to housing, please contact the Residential Life Office at 314-246-4663 or housing@webster.edu.

Move-In Dates are listed below.  Please click on the links to review the move-in directions and assigned move-in times:

Wednesday, August 19, 2009--starting at 9:00 a.m.
Webster Village Apartments Residents

Thursday, August 20, 2009--arrival times designated by floor
Freshman Residents in West Hall and Maria Hall

Friday, August 21, 2009--arrival times designated by floor
Upperclassmen Residents of East and Maria Hall


In extenuating circumstances, a student can request an early move-in by submitting a written request to housing@webster.edu. Requests will be evaluated, and if approved, notification about the early arrival policy will be sent to the student. There is an early arrival fee of $25 a day.

Mid-Year Move-In
We've provided some resources to help make your move-in day go as smoothly as possible. See the box to the right for helpful links. If you are moving in mid-year (anytime other than the start of the fall semester in August), you should be receiving an e-mail with your housing assignment and other important information. These emails go to your Webster email address, so make sure you are checking it on a regular basis.
