Dear Corporate Associate,

We welcome you to the website of the Webster University International Business Internship Exchange in Partnership with the State of Missouri. One of the goals of the exchange is to provide Missouri companies with qualified, enthusiastic and capable interns who can complete short-term projects and provide an international perspective to their employees.

Each year the IBIE receives students from selected universities in England, Germany, Ghana, Mexico and Japan to intern in Missouri companies and sends students from Missouri universities abroad for an international business experience and home stay.

This exchange has been successful for 26 years because of the quality of students who participate and the continuing commitment of companies to provide students with a mutually beneficial learning and working environment. In the summer of 2008 we will send 25 students from Missouri universities abroad and welcome 25 international students to Missouri.

We invite you to participate in this outstanding program next summer by providing an eight-week, non-paying internship with a nominal contribution to the program. We are confident your company will see the value of your participation in the IBIE in Partnership with Missouri and look forward to working with you.
