Travel Arrangements: 

Students must arrange their own flight plans to Osaka, Japan.  Many travel agencies specialize in student travel and can also assist in obtaining railway information. Council Travel (800-2-Council) and STA Travel (800-781-4040) are two options available to you. 

Visa

Students are required to procure the proper visa for studying in the Japan. Information can be obtained bycontacting the Japanese Embassy or your regional consulate.  Check their web site for more information: Japanese Visa Information. 

Passports

All students studying abroad must possess a valid passport from their country of citizenship.  US students should contact their local post office for information on applying for a passport or visit the State Department web site at www.state.gov.
