THE IRB PROCESS

FACULTY RESEARCHERS
In accordance with University Policy and Federal
Regulations,
Webster University faculty members engaging in data collection such as
surveys, interviews, or experimental work must protect their subjects,
themselves, and Webster University by obtaining approval for research
projects
from the Institutional Review Board (IRB). Special rules may apply for
research conducted on Military bases.
Please contact the IRB
Chair if you have any questions or are the least bit unsure whether
to submit a project for review.
