Primary Responsibilities: Serves as the Primary Designated School Official (PDSO) and Responsible Office (RO). Contact person for F-1 and J-1 students and scholars immigration compliance. Extended campuses contact person regarding international student admission policies and procedures. Works with students who want to either come to study in United States from one of our international campuses. Working with prospective international undergraduate freshman students and graduate students.

Primary Responsibilities: Working with prospective international undergraduate adult freshmen (first-year students) and undergraduate transfer students. Also serves as a Designated School Official (DSO) for F-1 visa students & their dependents and an Alternative Responsible Officer (ARO) for J-1 visa students, scholars & their dependents.  Admission questions from transfer and adult-first year students should be directed to Ms. Janka Ribando. Immigration and visa questions can also be directed to her.

Monday - Thursday: 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Friday: 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Walk-in Hours

Walk-ins are supposed to take about 15 minutes.  During this time an appointment is not needed.  

  • Tuesday: 1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.
  • Wednesday: 1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.
  • If you cannot attend the Open Hours, please fill out this Online Request.

Please remember that if your matter of discussion requires more than 15 minutes, the Services Staff may request that students schedule an appointment at a latter date. Walk-ins at other times will not be accepted. 

Document pick-up and Delivery: If you requested a letter online from the International Recruitment & International services website, the letter will be sent to you via the method you selected when filing the form.  You will need to present your Webster Student ID Card when picking up your document(s) from the International Recruitment & International Services. 

Appointments

If you need longer than 15 minute to discuss a topic, please schedule an appointment.  It is requested that you schedule an appointment at least 3-5 business days before your intended visit.  Services typically does not schedule same-day appointments.
