NOTE: Grades are only available online. Please do not call the staff at either campus location. Grades will not be given out over the phone. If you need a copy of your grades mailed to you or someone else, use the Request Grade Report option by following the instructions below.

Available Services:

Students now have access to their student information via the web. All of the following items are available online:

bulletRegister for classes
bulletCheck/Update your address and phone number
bulletView/Print your grades
bulletRequest grade report
bulletView/Print your degree audit
bulletView/Print a copy of your schedule
bulletUpdate your anticipated graduation date
bulletPrint a student copy of your transcript
bulletSee your financial aid information

To enter Registration and Services Online you must have the following information:

  1. Your user name (this is your seven-digit student identification number)
  2. Your password (sent to you by letter from the Office of the Registrar)

New students and returning students who have not registered since Fall 2000 will receive their password in the mail after the drop period of the first term registered. You should receive it during the third or fourth week of classes.

Instructions:

For quick and easy access to your student account information:

  1. Go to the Registration and Services Online page:
    http://www.webster.edu/academics/registration.shtml
  2. Click on "Student Logon."
  3. Enter your seven-digit student ID number as the User Name.
  4. Enter your password (this comes in a letter from the Office of the Registrar at Main Campus).
  5. Select the item you would like to view from the list on the left.
  6. Some items, such as Grades and Registration, are term-specific. For these, you must first choose the appropriate term by clicking the "Set Options" button in the yellow box in the middle of the screen. You must specify the session/term, the year, and the program type (Grad). Once you have submitted the options, click on Grades or Registration on the left to view your grades or to register for the specified term.
