As the population of the United States and other parts of the world ages, the need for individuals in all aspects of society and business with knowledge of aging will only increase. Gaining an expertise in gerontological issues and concerns will prepare you to capitalize on this demographic change.

Webster's gerontology curriculum will provide you with the essential knowledge regarding aging individuals and the impact of this "age wave" on social, economic, and political structures. Coursework draws on a wide range of disciplines from management, economics, andpolitical science to the behavioral and social sciences, as well as the natural sciences. You'll learn how to apply this knowledge particularly in areas of direct service, consulting, program development, management, and administration.
