Presentations given by Jacqueline “Jackie” Moore

On October 1, 2009, the Fall Conference for Hot Check Coordinators was held in West Memphis, Arkansas. These staff members work in the offices of state and county prosecuting attorneys across the state of Arkansas. Jackie Moore served as the featured keynote speaker; her topic presented ideas to motivate and promote better working relationship between those identified as customers for the specific function Hot Check Coordinators perform on a daily basis.

During the annual Statewide Conference of Legal Service Providers held October 14-16, 2009, Jackie Moore served as one of the featured speakers for the conference using the topic “Focusing on Positive Services in Legal Aid” (from any customer’s context) on Thursday, October 15. The target audience included both legal and support staff members.
