Philip Principe


Phil Principe is certified as an Associate Emergency Manager (AEM) by the International Association of Emergency Managers.   The AEM certification required completion of an extensive credentials package, to include references, emergency and general management training, a management essay, and a written exam.

Principe is also certified as a Professional Continuity Practitioner (Level I) by the Federal Emergency Management Agency and has completed Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) training held by Pulaski County and the City of Little Rock.
