Letters of Intent will be issued through the links in the box to the right. To find your Letter of Intent follow the steps below.

• Click on the term that you will be teaching.

• Find your name and course. (Hostetler - ITM 5400)

• Click on your name.

  • a dialog box will appear. You can save the document file to your drive.

• Open the file

• Complete the form

• Send the form as an e-mail attachment to the following:
