Online Payments and Statements

As of June 19, 2009, Webster has partnered with CashNet to provide online billing and payment solutions. Beginning in September 2009, billing and payment statements will only be available online. The following changes to the billing and payment system includes:

* Online bill presentment: You will be notified through your Webster e-mail account that your bill is ready for review.

* Paperless billing: Starting September, you will pay your bills and receive statements online. You will not receive any paper copies after August.

* More payment options: Authorized payers will can be created on your account. They will have the ability to logon and pay the bill either US based credit card or ACH transaction.

* Fully online: You can pay your bill from any internet accessible computer. Credit cards will no longer be accepted at the business office or via telephone.

Online bill pay and statements are available through Student Academic Services channel and the new Billing & Payment channel within Connections.
