Dr. Norman Auspitz

Auspitz is an Adjunct Professor of Webster University and teaches in the Computer Resources program. He has a doctorate from the University of Waterloo with a BA from Drexel University and an MBA from McMaster University.  For most of his professional career, Dr. Auspitz has held almost every position in Information Technology for a variety of corporations. In particular, he was in a number of technology and business related positions in Corporate Computer Services and Corporate Telecommunications with the GE Company. In his spare time, he is an avid cat fancier owning a prestigious cattery with his wife and also an Approved All Breed cat judge with the Cat Fanciers' Association, inc., the world's largest cat registry.


Dr. Scott Berry

Dr. Berry is an Adjunct Associate Professor in Webster's counseling program. He completed a Ph.D. from the University of Louisville and prior to that earned a Master's degree in clinical psychology from Spalding University. Dr. Berry is a graduate of the Future Professors Program at the University of Louisville. Over the course of his training and career, Dr. Berry has provided mental health services in multiple settings including community mental health centers, community-based /home-based settings, university counseling centers, and school settings. Currently, Dr. Berry is a practicing licensed psychologist working with children, adults, and families in their homes and in the community for a local community mental health center. He provides clinical supervision for the agency where he practices. He is currently working to co-develop and co-facilitate cultural competence workshops for the agency.  Dr. Berry also holds a mental health counselor license (LMHC) in Indiana and is licensed as a psychologist in both Indiana and Kentucky. Dr. Berry has been with Webster's Louisville campus since it began offering graduate counseling courses in 2007. He teaches multiple courses in Webster's counseling including COUN 5020: Foundations of Counseling: The Helping Relationship, COUN 5100: Social and Cultural Foundations of Counseling, and COUN 5630: Substance Abuse Counseling. Previously, Dr. Berry taught as an Adjunct Instructor at Ivy Tech State Community College in Sellersburg, Indiana. He has an interest in training and mentoring future counselors and enjoys creating a highly interactive classroom experience.  He has developing special interests in cultural competent practice, motivational interviewing, the transtheoretical model of change, and client directed outcome informed practice.

Some of his other interest areas include counseling theory and theoretical orientations, men's issues, effective parenting, relationship issues, and spirituality. He is married with two children. He enjoys spending time with his family, playing fantasy football, and reading spiritually oriented and self-help books. He also enjoys listening to music as much as possible, especially Cat Stevens/Yusuf Islam, James Taylor, Van Morrison, Jack Johnson, and Keb' Mo'.

Dr. Gregg Cobb

Cobb teaches Media Communications and Marketing. He earned his doctorate from Spalding University with a Masters in Marketing from Webster and undergraduate at Western KY University. Dr. Cobb has spent most of his working career with GE and PMI and currently employed with BB&T. He has spent his career in the sales/marketing sides of business. His achievements have gained him merit at GE and PMI. He divides his time in the non-profit sector serving as the Chair of the Community Impact Cabinet with Metro United Way and as Chair of the education committee with Louisville Scholar House (formerly known as Project Women). He is a freelance photographer and annually photographs for KY Derby Festival as well as other corporate and private entities.


Dr. Brian Daly

Daly is the Director of Webster University's Louisville campus and teaches in the Business and Information Technology programs. He has a doctorate from the University of Arkansas with a BA in English  and MS in Education from Eastern Connecticut State University.  For most of his professional career, Dr. Daly has been a research director for local, state, and regional organizations and was a National Malcolm Baldrige Quality Award examiner for the US Department of Commerce.  He is a retired reserve Army officer with professional experiences and commands in the Military Police, Engineers, Signal Corps, and Artillery. He has owned several small businesses and consulting firms in Kentucky and has authored over 150 journal articles. In his spare time, he is a musician, photographer, and horseman.

Don Harris

Harris is a former owner of Alexander + Hughes Advertising, a full-service advertising agency based in Louisville and is currently DIrector of Marketing with Seven Counties. He has held a variety of marketing related positions over his career, including Director, Marketing and Business Development for AEGON, and Product Marketing Manager for Clarke American Checks. His experience includes market research, business and marketing planning, creative development and marketing program implementation. Mr. Harris earned an MBA from the University of Louisville. He has served as President of the American Marketing Association of Louisville and as a member of the Executive Committee for the Louisville Advertising Federation. In 2005, Harris was a recipient of Business Firsts 40 Under 40 award. He began teaching marketing courses at Webster University in 2005. Harris is married with two daughters who keep him busy with academic and sports endeavors. Additionally, he also enjoys running marathons. To date, he has completed 13 marathons in ten states.


Ronald Hess

Hess, CPA, CMA is a former Corporate Controller for FireKing International (FKI), teaches Management, Business, and Finance courses, and serves as Webster"s faculty coordinator. He has an MBA from Indiana University, and an MA in management from Webster University. Additionally, he is a certified public accountant (CPA), and a certified management accountant (CMA). He has a varied financial career with a blend of local entrepreneurial and international fortune 500 companies. FKI sales have grown from $35M to over $100M during his tenure and he serves as a member of the FKI senior leadership team. His most memorable moments at Webster are the numerous times that former students have said how much his classes have impacted their careers and lives as well.  This is the true gratification that comes from being involved with others and making a positive impact.

Harry Hinkle

Hinkle teaches in the Management and MBA programs.  He has a MBA and BA from the Bellarmine University. For most of his professional career, Professor Hinkle has held Human Resources positions in both small and Fortune 200 companies, and is currently a Human Resources DIrector with the Kentucky Center for the Arts. He is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources, and possesses additional certifications as a Federal Contract EEO Investigator, Zenger-Miller (Management/Supervisory Training), Development Dimension Institute (Interaction Management Training), and Specialty Trainer for Kentucky. Mr. Hinkle owns an employee testing business to assist employers in the hiring and development of employees.  For hobbies, Mr. Hinkle dabbles in the art and science of handwriting analysis as a Certified Master Graphoanalyst, and he enjoys traveling with his better half, Sue, whenever possible.

Dr. Wayne Meaux

Meaux teaches in the MBA and MA degree programs ( Human Resource Development, Management and Management and Leadership concentrations. He has a doctorate from Spalding University with a MBA in Human Resource Development and MA in Management/Marketing from Webster University. Since completing a thirty-two year career with the General Electric Company, Dr. Meaux, who has a private practice as a success coach, has been a consultant, entrepreneur and speaker for various local, state, and national organizations.  He has been recognized for his many efforts in the community service arena from the local (YMCA Adult Black Achiever), State (Volunteer of the Year nominee) and national level (Jack and Jill of America). In his spare time, he enjoys his family, exploring on the internet, sports including tennis, and his church activities.

Lori Moore

Moore teaches in both Human Resources programs. She has completed her doctoral coursework for a Doctor of Education degree in Leadership from Spalding University, has earned her MBA from Webster University, and earned her baccalaureate degree in Marketing from McKendree University. For most of her professional career, Professor Moore has held management positions in both small and Fortune 200 global companies. For hobbies, Mrs. Moore likes to travel and has visited all 50 U.S. states as well as 15 countries and hopes to continue to expand her travels in the future. She is an accomplished children's book author.

Rocco Pigneri

Pigneri teaches the Operations Management course in the MBA program.  He has an MBA from the Harvard Business School and a BS in Construction Engineering from Iowa State University. Professor Pigneri's professional career has concentrated on general management of high volume home building companies with particular expertise in start-up and turn-around situations.  His spare time is spent keeping up with the activities of a five children family and in playing the occasional round of golf.


Marilyn Preston

Preston, BS, MBA (Bellarmine University) and MA (Webster University), teaches Human Resources and Management and serves as the site's senior student advisor. Professor Preston spent her professional career with GE Appliances, where her most recent position was leadership training program manager. Her responsibilities included designing and conducting leadership development training programs for GE employees, affiliates, customers, and suppliers in the United States, Canada, Puerto Rico, Great Britain, and South Korea. Currently, she serves as a consultant providing programs in leadership training, organizational development, change processes, employee involvement, and productivity.  Her background also includes methods and time standards, program management, compensation management, and staffing experience.  She holds several professional certifications, including World at Work Certified Compensation Professional, Covey Seven Habits, Carlson DISC Personality Profiles, Franklin Covey Time Management, and Zenger-Miller Working and Front Line Supervision programs.


Dr. Gary Steedly

Steedly is a performance management consultant in the Kentuckianna area for the past 15 years. He has taught in the Human Resources and Management programs at Webster for the past 25 years. He has a Doctorate from Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana with a BA and MA in psychology from the University of Louisville. Dr. Steedly has worked in the Human Resource Departments of Farm Credit Banks, Colgate Palmolive and Philip Morris USA before starting his own consulting service called Total Management Quality in 1990. He is a certified facilitator of the Seven Habits of Highly Effective People and also a certified Executive Coach by MHS systems in Emotional Intelligence using the EQ-i assessment tool. On a personal note, he has been married for 42 years to Judith a professional educator with two grown children Matt, and Katie who also have graduate degrees in Education. For fun, Gary plays bluegrass music on his 5-string banjo and harmonica and has completed the last 26 Kentucky Derby Mini-Marathons in a row.

  Mike Yarmuth

Yarmuth, a Professor of Finance, has an MBA from Nova Southeastern University and a master's Degree in Accounting from the University of Memphis. He was also awarded an Honorary Doctor of Humane Letters degree from Saint Martin's College and Seminary. He is currently the Chair of Finance at Sullivan University and has also taught at the University of Louisville where he specialized in finance, investments and business policy. He was a member of their International team and taught Business Policy and Strategy in Athens, Greece. His paper on "Bankruptcy Futures" was presented at the Eastern Finance Association conference in 1999. Mr. Yarmuth is considered an expert in his field, and has been quoted numerous times through the media including TV, newspaper and radio. He was invited by Purdue University as a Distinguished Professor of Finance, to present an Investment symposium on Fundamentals of Common Stock Analysis. He is currently a member of the Southern Finance Association, Eastern Finance Association and the Financial Management Association. Mr. Yarmuth's career as an investment banker and securites trader brings real life experiences into the classroom which enhances the learning experience for all students. In his spare time he enjoys family, travel and golf.

Dr. Hope Zoeller

Zoeller teaches in the Human Resources program. She has a doctorate from Spalding University with a BA from Bellarmine University and a ME from the University of Louisville. For over 13 years of her professional career, Dr. Stith worked at UPS in various roles including Customer Service, Training and Development, and Employee Relations. She joined Todd Arwood Performance Partners (TAPP) as Chief Training Officer where she helped organizations develop and enhance their human capital. She started her own business in 2011.  In her spare time, she enjoys international travel, walking, and yoga.
