    Payment Options

Each individual is responsible for ensuring that University tuition and fees are paid in a timely manner. Delayed payments can result in a block on taking courses, involuntary drops from current courses, freezing of academic accounts, and other activities.

Students are provided with several options for paying tuition costs. Payment options include:

    1. Financial aid - requires Federal & Webster applications
    2. Direct billing to a third party (i.e., employer or military) - letter from employer
    3. Employer reimbursement - requires employer reimbursement form
    4. Deferred payment plan - talk to our office staff on how to do this
    5. Payment in full - Cash, Check, or Credit Card

Call 1-800-981-9803 to pay by phone.

The University reserves the right to refuse deferred payment privileges on any student whose account is overdue or has been overdue in the past. Students are financially responsible for all courses not officially dropped by the printed deadline.
