Our weekend and evening degree programs are intended to serve the needs of adults who are working full- or part-time, or are unable to attend college during traditional college hours.
The Weekend College at Marymount College Palos Verdes, CA
The Weekend College Program offered at the Marymount College campus offers a unique opportunity for adult learners to earn a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Management or Psychology, a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.), a Master of Arts in International Business (M.A.I.B.) or a Master of Arts in Counseling (M.A.C.)
Classes for the undergraduate and graduate programs are held on Friday evenings, Saturdays, and Sundays. Each term (Fall, Spring, and Summer) consists of six non-consecutive weekends over a four-month period. Weekends are generally two to three weeks apart to allow students flexibility in balancing family and career responsibilities.
The Evening Degree Programs in San Pedro, CA
The Evening Degree Program offered at the Port of Los Angeles High School, which is in downtown San Pedro at 250 West 5th St., is designed to allow adults who are working full-time or part-time to enroll in evening courses during the week at the Port of Los Angeles High School. We offer Webster University courses towards a bachelor�s in Management or Psychology, a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) or a master's degree in International Business.
Each class meets once a week from 6 to 10 p.m. for 9 weeks in an accelerated format. There are five terms per year beginning in: January, March, June, August and October.
