International Student Resources
Dear International Students:
Welcome to Webster University! We hope you will have a very wonderful educational both inside the classroom and outside as well. This year, there are more than 250 international students studying at the St. Louis campus, and they represent more than 70 countries from around the world.
The Multicultural and International Student Affairs (MCISA) strives to create an environment that is conducive to a successful educational and personal experience for all international students. We do this by providing orientation, immigration and personal advising, and programs that promote cultural awareness and understanding. Please you should also know that there are several other departments within Student Affairs that are here to help all students have a successful academic experience.
The information provided in this website section is primarily directed at all international students at Webster University main campus and U.S. extended campuses. It is intended to assist international students in understanding U.S. immigration and tax laws, and the procedures they must follow to maintain their legal status. Additionally we have compiled this handbook to be a resource for international students unfamiliar with their new environment. The site also contains a lot of useful information that is geared toward helping international students make smooth transition to American life, culture and education system.
Best wishes!
The MCISA Staff
