Students who received their undergraduate degree more than
5 years ago or whose degree is not in the Business field can take 2 exams to determine if they can waive the prerequisite BUSN 5600 and BUSN 5620 courses. These exams are free and and can only be taken by appointment on Fridays from 9:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. Call the office at 901-873-1531 to schedule a time. You must get 70% to pass.
Transfer of Credit: A maximum of 12 credit hours of graduate credit from other regionally accredited graduate institutions or professional military education may be transferred into a student's master of arts degree program, subject to evaluation and approval. A maximum of 9 credit hours of graduate institutions or professional military education may be transferred into a student's master of business administration graduate-degree program, subject to evaluation and approval.
Tuition for civilians is $345 per credit hour ($1035.00 per class). Military rate is $295 per credit hour ($885.00 per class).

- A $ 50.00 registration fee for new students is required upon completion of application.
- You must schedule an appointment with the academic advisor or director before you begin the program.
- Your official transcript must be sent to us before you complete your first six hours.
- Webster policy is not to accept cash so please bring a check, money order, or you can pay online.
- Check with your employer about direct billing.
- Tuition for active duty military, dependents, retirees, and reservist, civil service and federal contract employees is $ 295.00 per credit hour. It is $ 885.00 for one course and $ 1770.00 for two courses.
Tuition for civilian and all other students is $345.00 per credit hour on a space-available basis. It is $1035.00 per class for one course and $2070.00 for two courses.
- Only two courses can be taken per term, full time is 6 semester hours.
- Five nine-week terms per year are offered. You have a possibility of earning 30 credits per year.
