U.S. Army Acquisitions Basic Course
Webster University’s cooperative degree program with the U.S. Army Logistics University [formerly U.S. Army Logistics Management College (ALMC)] provides pre-approved graduate transfer credit for resident graduates of the Army Acquisitions Basic Course (AABC) from January 2003 through December 2009. This cooperative degree offers AABC graduates the opportunity to transfer pre-approved credits to the following degree programs:
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- Master of Arts in Information Technology Management (ITM)
- Master of Arts in Procurement and Acquisitions Management (PROC)
- Other degrees subject to evaluation
Transfer credit can only be applied to the above degrees and is limited to 9-15 semester
hours depending on the program chosen. Transfer credit for other MS or MA degree programs
will be subject to evaluation based on the credit recommendations established by the
American Council on Education (ACE) using course exhibit AR-0326-0063.
Participation in this cooperative degree for graduates of AABC classes January 2010
and later is pending review.
Eligibility Requirements
- Completion of the AABC resident program between January 2003 and December 2009.
- Application and admission to one of the Webster University graduate programs listed above following prescribed admission procedures.
Documentation
- Submission of an official Army Logistics University transcript showing completion of the AABC program.
- Submission of an official transcript showing completion of a baccalaureate degree from a regionally accredited academic institution.
Transfer Credit Awarded
Pre-approved Course Substitutions: The following courses from the AABC program are pre-approved course substitutions. Webster University courses do not substitute to the AABC program.
