Webster University and the Department of Defense have worked together for nearly 30 years to provide high quality and cost-effective graduate programs at military installations and other locations throughout the country.

Military personnel attending the following Captains' Career Courses (CCC) may transfer credit from those courses to apply them toward a Webster University degree:

National Guard/U.S. Army Reserve

The Cooperative Degree Programs agreement  with Webster University applies to all officers completing the CCC including U.S. Army National Guard and U.S. Army Reserve whereby the Guard or Reserve curriculum is the same as, or equivalent to, the 18-week CCC resident course.

All participants in the program must submit an Academic Evaluation Report (DA Form 1059) that reflects completion of CCC curriculum as "Achieved Course Standards" or "Exceeded Course Standards."

Program Development

The CCC/Webster University Cooperative Degree Program was developed in accordance with the American Council of Education's Joint Statement on the Transfer and Award of Credit, which contains guidelines approved by the Council of Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA) and the American Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers (AACRAO).

Webster University Graduate Credit Awarded

Transfer credit is awarded to CCC students or graduates who completed the CCC resident course. CCC graduates must submit an official copy of the Academic Evaluation Report (DA Form 1059) to Webster University that reflects "Achieved Course Standards" or "Exceeded Course Standards" in the Performance Summary block to receive credit.

Qualified students enrolled in the CCC/Webster Cooperative Degree Program are awarded 12-15 semester hours of graduate credit toward the appropriate Webster University master's degree.
