The partnership between the U.S. Army Soldier Support Institute and Webster University provides an opportunity for graduates of the Adjutant General Captains' Carere Course (AGCCC) to pursue a graduate degree at Webster University. AGCCC graduates may apply credits earned toward the following degrees:

M.A. in Human Resources Management (HRMG)

The M.A. in Human Resources Management degree requires satisfactory completion of 24 credit hours of the HRMG curriculum and 12 credit hours of graduate electives for a total of 36 credit hours.

Qualified AGCCC graduates enrolled in the M.A. in Human Resources Management are awarded 12 semester hours transfer credit, which is applied as a 3 semester hour required course and 9 semester hours of elective courses in the HRMG program.

Satisfactory completion of the HRMG program requires the following Webster University courses:
