The partnership between the U.S. Army Field Artillery School and Webster University provides an opportunity for graduates of the Field Artillery Captains' Career Course (FACCC) to pursue a graduate degree at Webster University. FACCC graduates may apply credits earned toward the following degrees:

FACCC students participating in this program are eligible to receive 9-12 semester hours of graduate transfer credit depending on the program selected at Webster University.

Master of Business Administration

The Master of Business Administration degree requires satisfactory completion of 27 credit hours of the MBA curriculum and 9 credit hours of graduate electives for a total of 36 credit hours. Students who require prerequisite courses must complete more than 36 credit hours to receive the MBA degree.

Qualified FACCC graduates enrolled in the MBA program are awarded 9 semester hours transfer credit, which is applied as a 3 semester hour required course and 6 semester hours of elective courses in the MBA program.

*Program prerequisites are to be completed before beginning coursework for the MBA for those students who have not completed (or an appropriate equivalent) within five years of entering the program and having earned a grade of "B" or better. If the appropriate prerequisite course content was complete more than five years prior to entering the program, the department will allow a waiver is the student demonstrates command of the content area by successfully completing a waiver examination. Prerequisite courses may not count as electives in the 36-credit-hour MBA.

M.A. in Human Resources Development (HRDV)

The M.A. in Human Resources Development degree requires satisfactory completion of 24 credit hours of the HRDV curriculum and 12 credit hours of graduate electives for a total of 36 credit hours.

Qualified FACCC graduates enrolled in the M.A. in Human Resources Development are awarded 12 semester hours transfer credit, which is applied as a 3 semester hour required course and 9 semester hours of elective courses in the HRDV program.

Satisfactory completion of the HRDV program requires the following Webster University courses:

Qualified FACCC graduates enrolled in the M.A. in Management and Leadership are awarded 15 semester hours transfer credit, which is applied as a 3 semester hour required core course and 12 semester hours of elective courses in the MNGT program.
