    Civilian Education System Advanced Course

    (Agreement signed in July 2009)


    Webster University’s cooperative degree program with the U.S. Army Management Staff College provides pre-approved graduate transfer credit for the Civilian Education System Advanced Course (CESAC) graduates to the following degree program.

    Transfer credit can only be applied to the MNGT degree and is limited to 9 hours.

    Note: Credit recommendations for graduates of the predecessor program Sustaining Base Leadership and Management (SBLM) can be viewed at the SBLM Cooperative Degree web page.

    Eligibility Requirements

    1. Completion by January 2007 or later of both the intermediate and advanced courses of the CESAC program in residence at the U.S. Army Staff Management Staff College.
    2. Application and admission to the Webster University graduate program listed above following prescribed admission procedures.

    Documentation

    1. Submission of an official transcript from U.S. Army Management Staff College showing completion of the resident CESAC program.
    2. Submission of an official transcript showing completion of a baccalaureate degree from a regionally accredited academic institution.

    Transfer Credit Awarded

    Pre-approved Course Substitutions:  The following courses from the CESAC program are pre-approved course substitutions.  Webster University courses do not substitute to the CESAC program.

    Steps to Admission

    Military student requirements for admission are as follows:

    • Submit an Academic Evaluation Report (DA Form 1059), when applicable.
    • Submit an official transcript showing completion of a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
    • Complete and submit a Webster University application.
    • Applicants are not required to complete the GRE, GMAT or MAT.
    • Letters of recommendation are not required.
