    U.S. Army Signal Center Warrant Officer Advanced Course

    Webster University’s cooperative degree program with the U.S. Army Signal Center Warrant Officer Advanced Course (SWOAC) provides pre-approved graduate transfer credit for qualified SWAOC graduates of Chief Warrant Officer (CWO) specialties 255N, 255A and 255S (specialties 250N, 251A, and 254A prior to October 2009) to the following degree programs. 

    Transfer credit can only be applied to the above degree programs and is limited to 9-12 credits depending on the degree selected.

    Eligibility Requirements

    1. Completion of Signal Center SWOAC from October 2007 to present.  Participants can include  U.S. Army, U.S. Army National Guard, and U.S. Army Reserve SWOAC graduates.
    2. Application and admission to one of the Webster University graduate programs listed above following prescribed admission procedures.

    Documentation

    1. Submission of an Academic Evaluation Report (DA Form 1059)  that reflects completion of Signal Center SWOAC at “Achieved Course Standards” or “Exceeded Course Standards."
    2. Submission of an official transcript showing completion of a baccalaureate degree from a regionally accredited academic institution.

    Transfer Credit Awarded

    Pre-approved course substitutions: The following courses from the SWOAC program are preapproved substitutions for specific Webster University courses. Webster courses do not substitute to the SWOAC program.

    Steps to Admission

    Military student requirements for admission are as follows:

    • Submit an Academic Evaluation Report (DA Form 1059), when applicable.
    • Submit an official transcript showing completion of a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
    • Complete and submit a Webster University application.
    • Applicants are not required to complete the GRE, GMAT or MAT.
    • Letters of recommendation are not required.
