U.S. Army Civil Affairs Qualification Course

Webster University's cooperative degree program with the U.S. Army Civil Affairs Qualification Course (CA) provides pre-approved graduate transfer credit for CA active duty and reserve graduates to the following degree programs:

Transfer credit can be applied only to the above degrees and is limited to 9 to 12 credit hours depending on the program chosen.

Eligibility Requirements

  1. Completion of the CA active duty or reserve course.
  2. Application and admission to one of the Webster University graduate programs listed above following prescribed admission procedures.

Documentation

  1. Submission of an Academic Evaluation Report (DA Form 1059) that reflects completion of CA as “Achieved Course Standards” or “Exceeded Course Standards.”
  2. Submission of an official transcript showing completion of a baccalaureate degree from a regionally accredited academic institution.
