Webster Welcomes Academy Award Winner Geena Davis Nov. 29
Webster University hosts a film screening and Q&A with Geena Davis, the Academy Award-winning actress and founder of the Geena Davis Institute on Gender in Media.
Webster University School of Communications assistant professor Aaron AuBuchon and his video production class produced a one-minute PSA for the institute's “Guess Who?” video and curriculum series, which teaches young children to challenge gender stereotypes, showing men and women in nontraditional careers.
The PSA by AuBuchon's class will be screened, followed by a Q&A with Davis.
