String Faculty Perform- 1/29/13

The Webster University String Faculty present an evening of creative and inventive music for strings and piano, including music of Piazzolla, Ravel and Saint-Saens.  Featured will be new compositions by St. Louis Symphony violist and composer Christian Woehr and Webster University composer Kim Portnoy.

Performing will be Webster Faculty members Alison Rolf and Susie Thierbach, violins; Anna Lackschewitz, viola; Ken Kulosa, cello; and Erik Harris, double bass.  Also performing will be Mieko Bergt and Vera Parkin on piano, and an appearance by Webster University dancer Shannon Bucklin.
