Webster University Worldwide was founded as a liberal arts college in suburban St. Louis in 1915. The graduate division was established in 1967. Webster University offers accredited graduate programs in various fields of business, management, education, the liberal arts and science, and the fine arts. Webster University is accredited by The Higher Learning Commission, is a member of the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools and is licensed in the states and countries where we have campuses. Over the past quarter of a century, Webster University has been the leader in serving adult learners, by recognizing the motivation and maturity they bring to the classroom. To make higher education accessible to working adults, we offer evening and weekend programs to more than 16,000 students at 90 locations in the United States, Europe and Asia. Classes are offered in five 9 week terms per year as an aid to the working adult. The 9-week terms allow working adults to earn a degree with minimum interruption of career and home life. Webster University faculty combine theory and practice: they are skilled practitioners of the subjects they teach and are adept at helping students learn. Webster University offers a wide array of graduate degree programs, both Master of Arts (MA) and Master of Business Administration (MBA).
Webster University Worldwide–Ocala Metropolitan Campus opened in 1997.
