Support for Continuing Instructors

Online instructors who teach for Webster University are fully supported by the Online Learning Center. The training offered to new instructors remains available through the personal tool training course and in the Faculty Knowledge Center.  

The move to a new learning management system in 2013 saw the institution of an FAQ database where instructors (and students) can access information about the system (Canvas) around the clock. Housed within WorldClassRoom but accessible from outside of the system as well, the FAQs provide quick answers to the questions faculty members may have at all hours of the day.  

The Webster University IT Services Desk is also a great place to go with questions about using the technology of the learning management system. They can help issue such as videos not displaying, browser problems, or inaccessibility to the system.
