BbVista Alternative File Upload

If you are having problems attaching files to Assignments or Discussions in your pilot course, we advise you to first check the version of Java you are using. If you are using version 1.6, you should follow these instructions to roll back to an earlier version.

In the meantime, there is a quick alternative to uploading single files.

1. When you attempt to add an attachment within Assignments, Email, or Discussions, the Content Browser will appear.
2. Click on the My Computer icon on the Content Browser – a file chooser dialog box will appear.
3. Click Close or Cancel this box.
4. On the Content Browser you will see a link ‘Click here to select files individually’. Click this link.

5. Click on Browse, locate and select the file. Click Open, then OK. The file should now upload.
