    Attempted Robbery

    On Sunday afternoon December 2, 2007 at approximately 3:15 pm, three unidentified black males assaulted another black male inside the quad area of the campus by Sverdrup. The three assailants took the victims wallet, but the victim was able to retrieve it.

    All three assailants fled the area. This incident is currently being investigated by the Webster Groves Police Department. The campus community will be kept up to date if any new information is made available.

    The Department of Public Safety also wishes to remind everyone that while we are located in a relatively low crime area, we are not immune to criminal activity and anyone can become a victim of crime.

    Members of the Webster University community are encouraged to continually take precautions for their safety and protection and to contact the Department of Public Safety in the event of suspicious activity.
