Office Closure Dates

CCME Scholarship
The Council of College and Military Educators (CCME) is pleased to offer scholarships each year to United States service members or their spouses who are working towards the completion of higher education degrees. Each award is in the amount of $500 and may be used for tuition, fees, books and other expenses encountered by the student pursuing educational goals. Click here for more information.
Yahoo email accounts
Webster University is currently experiencing issues with our email domains being blocked by Yahoo.com email. The result of this is that when anyone from Webster tries to email anyone at a yahoo.com email address the email bounces back as undeliverable. Click here for more information.
Online Statements
Webster University is migrating to a fully electronic billing process. After the Summer 2009 term, statements will be exclusively online. An email will be sent to your Webster email account when your statement is ready. Then log on to Connections to view or pay your bill. Click here for more information.

Registration for the Fall I & II, 2009 terms began Monday, April 13th, 2009.
New Tuition Rates
Webster University announces a tuition increase. Graduate tuition rates and discounts are effective for the Summer 2009 term (June 1 - July 31). More details are available by following the Tuition and Fees link on the right menu.
Student number on your TA form
If your whole social security number is not on your TA form, please write your student number on it. There may be more than one person with your name and we want to make sure the correct account is credited. Thank you.

Professional Enrichment Scholarship for Alumni (PESA)
Webster University has created the Professional Enrichment Scholarship for Alumni (PESA). The University is offering scholarships to alumni to help lower the initial cost of graduate degree programs at many campuses for the Summer, Fall I and Fall II, 2009 terms. The actually scholarship award will vary depending on number of courses, hours, and campus of attendance. Alumni who are currently enrolled, or have enrolled at Webster during the previous academic year (since Summer 2008) are not eligible for this scholarship program. There are several changes to our yearly schedule. The table below details courses that are not offered during previously planned terms. If your Program Planning Worksheet has you taking any of these courses during the indicated term, please make an appointment with the Academic Advisor as soon as possible to have her revise your Program Plan.

Impacts to Schedule due to Weather
Changes to class meeting schedules and office hours due to weather will be posted on this web page. Also, check your Webster e-mail account for important information from your instructor and office staff.
In the event that we are unable to post closure messages to our website, check your Webster e-mail account for a message from the office staff. Other means of closure announcements include media outlets that announce Webster University's main campus is closed or Scott AFB is closed for everyone except mission essential personnel.
Students using VA benefits (including Top-up)
Effective immediately, the Scott Webster office needs the following forms from all current and new students utilizing VA benefits (for full tuition or Top-up):
- Copy of 22-1990 VA application for benefits OR copy of 22-1995 change of school/location
- Copy of letter of eligibility (student received from VA)
- Copy of DD-214 for all veterans.
To be in compliance with VA regulations, these forms must be in the student's Webster-Scott AFB file. Failure to comply will result in student not being certified by Webster University.
Ambassador Referral Program
We appreciate that many of our students and alumni tell others about our programs and we'd like to thank those who refer new students to Webster University! As a Student Ambassador or an Alumni Ambassador, for each new student you refer who subsequently enrolls in Webster University, you will receive a Thank You gift.
