    Office Closure

    Our office will be closed on Monday, February 15 in observance of President's Day.  Classes will meet as scheduled.


    Spring 2, 2010 Syllabi and Textbook Request Order Information

    Spring 2, 2010 Syllabi and Textbook Order Information have been posted to our website and are also available, in hard copy version, in the Webster/Scott office.  To access the syllabi online, click "Schedules and Syllabi" on the left menu, click the term, them click your class.  To access the Official Textbook Order List, click Textbook on the right menu then follow the link to "Official Textbook List". 


    New Term Schedules Available

    • Summer, 2010 Term Schedules now available online and in the Webster Office.
    • Fall 1 and 2, 2010 Term Schedules now available online and in the Webster Office.

      Click "Schedules and Syllabi" on the left menu for access to Webster/Scott term schedules.

    Registration Dates

    • Spring 2 registration began October 26, 2009.
    • Summer, 2010 registration begins March 3, 2010.
    • Fall 1 and 2, 2010 registration begins April 12, 2010.

    Registration Webinars

    Academic Advising has announced that they will begin hosting regularly scheduled Graduate Registration Toolbox webinars. These webinars are designed to help students navigate their online tools and show them how to process a registration themselves online.

    Webinars are for students who have applied, been accepted and have already been registered for their first term of courses. They are not for prospective students or first time registrations.

    Online Statements

    Webster University has migrated to a fully electronic billing process. Statements are exclusively online.  An email will be sent to your Webster email account when your statement is ready.  Then log on to Connections to view or pay your bill.  Click here for more information.

    • Please note that TA forms must be submitted to Webster University for each class/term. 

    • All financial arrangements must be made no later than 2 weeks prior to the beginning of each term. 

    Talk to a Webster associate if you are unsure of your payment option, required documentation, and due dates.


    Student number on your TA form

    If your whole social security number is not on your TA form, please write your student number on it.  There may be more than one person with your name and we want to make sure the correct account is credited. Thank you.


    Impacts to Schedule due to Weather

    Changes to class meeting schedules and office hours due to weather will be posted on this web page.  Also, check your Webster e-mail account for important information from your instructor and office staff.

    In the event that we are unable to post closure messages to our website, check your Webster e-mail account for a message from the office staff.  Other means of closure announcements include media outlets that announce Webster University's main campus is closed or Scott AFB is closed for everyone except mission essential personnel.

    Student Career Enhancement Program (SCEP)

    Looking for a job?  Webster University's Career Services division has activated the Student Career Enhancement Program (SCEP) accessible via www.webster.edu.  You can now search for employment opportunities at Scott AFB by:

    • Accessing www.webster.edu
    • Choosing "Career Services" from the drop down menu located at the top right of the web page
    • Clicking "My Career Connection" at the bottom right margin of the page
    • Choosing "for student/alumni"
    • Choosing "Register" (login if you already have an established account)
    • Login
    • Setup up your profile
    • Do a search for jobs at Scott AFB, IL

    Students using VA benefits (including Top-up)

    Effective immediately, the Scott Webster office needs the following forms from all current and new students utilizing VA benefits (for full tuition or Top-up):

    1. Copy of 22-1990 VA application for benefits OR copy of 22-1995 change of school/location
    2. Copy of letter of eligibility (student received from VA)
    3. Copy of DD-214 for all veterans.

    To be in compliance with VA regulations, these forms must be in the student's Webster-Scott AFB file. Failure to comply will result in student not being certified by Webster University.


    Graduation

    Webster University - Scott AFB's Information Graduation Ceremony for Spring 1 and Spring 2, 2010 graduates will be held on Friday, June 25th, 2010 @ 7:00pm.  Look for your invitation in the mail the beginning of June. 


    Ambassador Referral Program

    We appreciate that many of our students and alumni tell others about our programs and we'd like to thank those who refer new students to Webster University!  As a Student Ambassador or an Alumni Ambassador, for each new student you refer who subsequently enrolls in Webster University, you will receive a Thank You gift.
